Works surprisingly well

Works exactly as advertised, was able to easily connect to the Ricoh printer copier on our network (after I managed to hunt down its IP address. Printing photos was easy and they looked god. No weird errors or pages of illegible text like so many printers do when trying to get drivers right.

Really, the only things I wish it did were print emails and notes and other items from the iPhones own apps. I understand why it cant (it isnt using AirPrint, it does it all via the separate app).
